Ngaio Parr is a creative director, author, and artist. As a devoted generalist, she collaborates with clients on a wide-range of projects from books and publications, to branding and identity, museum and gallery projects, and spaces. Currently, Ngaio also serves as a senior creative director at AWS.

In addition to her design work, Ngaio publishes a regular newsletter called Some Things; wrote The Grief Companion (now in it's second printing through Hardie & Grant Books). In previous lives, Ngaio was the founder and director of Make Nice, an annual un-conference and online platform for creative women active from 2015-2018 that provided community support and practical advice both in Australia and the US. She was also an adjunct professor in design at the University of Technology Sydney.
